Jack Ciaccia WMØG, the Section Manager for the state of Colorado, gave a welcome from the American Radio Relay League.
Marvin Johnston KE6HTS received praise and thanks for organizing and designing all of the training and competition courses.
Meet Director Brian Coleman thanked everyone for their enthusiastic participation and fair play. He then awarded medals for foxoring, sprint and two-meter classic competitions.
Bronze medal winners for foxoring were (left to right) Weiyan Guan (M13), Wenbin Lin (M16), Xuebin Zhu (M21), Kenneth Harker WM5R (M40), Michael Minium (M50), Michael Schuh KF7QDZ (M50), Ziyu Huang (W13) and Jiayong Wang (W16).
Showing their bronze medals for the two-meter classic run were (left to right) Yanchen Liu (M13), Langqing He (M16), Jianchi Zhan (M19), Xiaoyang Chen (M21), Evgheniy Vorsin (M40), Brian DeYoung K4BRI (M50), Richard Arnett WB4SUV (M60), Yeming Luo (W13) and Yinlin Chen (W16).
Following a long-established tradition, Brian Coleman presented a championship medal to Ardee Fox, the USA ARDF mascot.
Zhen Shuya BD6NX of the Tianxun Radio Research Institute of China was a visitor to the championships. He received a certificate of thanks for providing 80-meter transmitters for the sprint event.
On Sunday morning, it was back to the camp headquarters, but a half-hour earlier. The Chinese students received last-minute advice from Coach Hai Huang.
The starting point was back at the lake again, but the map was of the north part of the ranch instead of the south.
